Once the initial discussion is complete, in order to start working on a detailed plan of action, we charge a planning fee of 250 USD. This enables us to commence our services. The planning fee is later adjusted against the total cost of the trip at the time of the final billing.

A customized itinerary with our suggestions and recommendations is then put together and presented to the client. We are open to changes up until we leave you 100% satisfied with your day by day itinerary. Please have patience with us; as it can take up to a few days to plan each component of the trip according to your specific taste and budget. Once we get an approval from you, we go ahead with the booking process.

Before you are ready to travel, you will receive a personalized digital itinerary and the booking vouchers.
